All student information and application info must be submitted through this form.

Recommendations must be submitted separately here.

All parts of the application including essays and recommendations must be received by February 10.

Seniors are eligible to apply for the NExT Region scholarship if they meet the following minimum requirements:

1.      They must reside within, and/or be a student at a school located within the NExT Region's geographical area.

2.       Be scheduled to graduate from high school (or grade 12 equivalent) between August 1 of last year and July 31 of this year.

3.        Plan to enroll as a full-time student in a college or university, on or before October 1 of this year.

4.        Have competed as a Team Member in a DI Regional Tournament in one or more of the previous five tournament years. (Tournament can be in any Region of any State/Country).

5.      Have participated in CPS tournaments as a (must fulfill at least 1): 

- Team Member in tournament at least one of the last three consecutive years.

- Team Member, for a total of 5 or more tournament years (any years)

- Junior Board Member active, and in good standing for 2 or more years

- Competing Team Member, Team Manager, Tournament Official and/or Tournament Volunteer, for a total of 7 or more tournament years (any years).
